PARTICIPATIF MANAGEMENT; AN APPROACH TO INCREASE PARTICIPATION OF KADER POSYANDU IN HEALTH DEVELOPMENT IN VILLAGE

Abstract


Background: Base on Alma Ata Declaration (WHO, 1978), the approach of health development was public health especially community participation. The objectives this paper is to analysis the role of kader posyandu in village health development and what effort was needed  to increase participation of kader  posyandu in health development

Results: According to the review found many challenges that cause participation of kader posyandu such  level of education, knowledge, training & development, incentives, type of work, the participation of kader with other organizations and the importance participation management to increase kader involvement in village health development.

Conclussions: should did effectively kader posyandu capacity building (education, training and development, incentives) so they have power and practitioner commitment to coaching and consulting and stakeholders support.
